•  Prices are expressed in EURday.
•  Payments are made in Lei, according to the exchange rate posted by the Rent-a-car Company on its website. Rental fee will be paid before the rental period starts.
•  Payment by credit card (Visa, EC/MC) is accepted. Download Card Payment Data Sheet ( - DOC format).
•  The prices above include VAT (19%), insurances (CDW, TP, PAI), Road tax (Rovinieta) and are garage-door prices.
•  In case a chauffeur is requested, the customer will cover board & lodging for the chauffeur, as well as a daily fee to be negotiated according to the services required (basic fee: €20).
•  The car may only be driven by individuals holding a valid driver’s license and with at least one year driving experience.
•  Travels abroad are possible only with the prior written consent of the provider, who will suppy the customer with the international insurance form ("green card") and the written authorization needed for border crossing.
•  At receipt of the car the customer will pay a deposit of €300. For travels abroad the deposit is €500. This deposit will be fully refunded if the car is returned undamaged.
•  Additional fees for car delivery to, or handover at a location outside of Cluj, requested by customer: €0,30/km.
•  Rental period starts when the car leaves the car rental office and ends when it is returned to car rental office.
•  Special offer for returning customers: Customers who rent our cars several times during the same calendar year will be charged according to the reduced price applicable to the cumulated rental period, if the total distance driven by the customer does not exceed an average of 400 km/day.
