When making a reservation online, do you charge a fee?

No, we do not charge a fee for making a booking. You will pay only at the time of pick-up the car.

Where can I pick-up the car?

You can pick up the car from our office, from the airport or anywhere you like in Cluj.

Can I take a car if I do not have a reservation?

If you do not have a reservation, you can still book any of the cars available at the time by calling our phone numbers.

What should I do if I left something in the vehicle?

We are not responsible for anything left in the rental vehicles. However, if an item is found in a rental vehicle, we will keep it for maximum one year and can be claimed from our office.

What if I made a reservation and want to upgrade once I get to the location?

When arriving at the rental location, please ask about the availability of an upgrade. If an upgrade is available we will find the rental vehicle which will best fit your needs.

What do I do in case of an accident?

First, make sure that everyone involved is okay. If someone is injured, immediately dial 112 for help. Second, contact the local authority in order to fill out the necessary accident report. Third, call us to inform about the accident. The trained staff will give you further instructions.
